Then we'll stop at the Elephant Seal Rookery and watch those fascinating ocean giants lounge, play, cuddle, fight, give birth, and nurse--depending on the season you visit. If we are lucky, we may spot a raft of wild California sea otters, one of my favorite wild animals. And it's not unusual to spot a whale. Finally, just when you think this trip cannot get even more beautiful, we will arrive at Big Sur the world renowned California coastal mountain range.
